Piadina with Ham, Cheese, Tomatoes & Lettuce
PIADINA WITH HAM, CHEESE, TOMATOES & LETTUCE is a quick and easy recipe to prepare. Piadina is ideal for various occasions, if cut into regular slices they are perfect to serve in buffets for an aperitif and if simply wrapped they are ideal for a quick meal, to take to work or on a picnic.

|Sliced Cheese||5 oz.|
Wash the lettuce and slice the tomatoes and drizzle them with a little vinegar.
Heat the Piadina 1 minute per side on a hot skillet.
On each piadina we first put some ham, sliced cheese (Provolone, Scamorza, Edamer or Gouda ecc...) then tomatoes, and finally some leaves of lettuce.
Chef's Touch: Add a drizzle of EVO oil to taste.
Once wrapped, the Piadine are ready, Buon Appetito!
