Scrambled eggs and smoked salmon piadina

How to prepare it
Cut tomatoes and smoked salmon into slices. Both will be ready when you need them.
Now, cook your piadina. The steps are the same as always, but for those who do not know them, here is a short catch-up: put the piadina in a preheated pan and heat it, one minute per side.
At this point fill piadina with the ingredients as we’re going to explain now. First of all add the scrambled eggs that you have previously prepared, place the scrambled eggs evenly on the top half of the piadina.
Then add the remaining ingredients: on top of the scrambled eggs arrange the slices of smoked salmon and sliced tomatoes. It is not over yet, because the touch that will surprise you comes now: add the capers and, last but not least, a touch of olive oil on top. These two final ingredients will give an extra flavor to your piadina, which is now finally completed and ready to be enjoyed, with its truly unique combination of flavors!
To make your piadina even more delicious, you can add cream cheese, like in this recipe. The ideal time to add cream cheese is when the piadina is still empty and you are heating it. You spread it on the bread and wait for it to begin to melt with the heat. At that point you can add the scrambled eggs and continue your preparation.
