Tuna, tomatoes and a creamy cheese

This recipe is really tasty and easy-to-make. Its main ingredient is tuna. There is no need to be a great connoisseur, tuna is healthy and is a perfect ingredient with our piadina!

First, take your Fresco Piada piadina and heat it in a hot pan, one minute for the first side. At this point, take the delicious stracchino cheese and spread it on the top half of the other side and heat it one more minute (if you are a big fan of cheese, you can cover the whole surface). Wait until  the stracchino will begin to melt. Really delicious! You can substitute cream cheese for stracchino.

Take one tomato and cut it into slices, then place it on the stracchino. It's not over yet, now it's up to the main ingredient of this recipe: the tuna! Add plenty of tuna, the combination of flavors will make you fall in love with this recipe!

And now there are two secrets that will make your piadina truly irresistible: add a drizzle of olive oil and, if you have it, even a bit of oregano. Fold the piadina over and take a bite with your eyes closed: does it taste like you are living in Italy?
