How to prepare Piadina?

PREPARATION: PAN/SKILLET

1. Preheat a pan to medium heat.
2. Heat piadina in the pan for one minute on each side.
3. Fill it with ingredients that can be heated like cheese, meat, ham, and vegetables.
4. Wait 30-60 seconds in the heated pan.
5. Remove from the pan and add the cold ingredients, like lettuce, tomato, Prosciutto di Parma, basil, mayo and oil.
6. Fold it and eat it as it is or cut it into thirds or quarters.

PREPARATION: OVEN

1. Preheat the oven to 350/380 degrees.
2. Place the piadina in the oven for about a minute.
3. Add ingredients that can be heated on top of it like cheese, meat, ham and vegetables.
4. Leave the piadina in the oven for another 30 seconds to a minute.
5. Remove the piadina from the oven and add the cold ingredients, like lettuce, tomato, Prosciutto di Parma, basil, mayo, and oil.
6. Fold it and eat it as it is or cut it into thirds or quarters.

How to store Fresco Piada USA's Piadina?

Store at room temperature at a maximum of 68 degrees, and once the package is opened, keep it in the refrigerator.

If the product is expiring, how can I extend the shelf life?

Freeze in the freezer and thaw the night before use by keeping in the refrigerator.
