SPIANATA & CHEESY PIADINA

If you're craving something fast, tasty and bursting with Italian flavor, you’re in for a treat. This Spianata & Cheese Piadina is everything we love — simple ingredients, bold taste, and that perfect golden crunch when you fold it hot off the pan.

Inspired by the vibes of a real Italian piadineria, this combo is spicy, creamy, and ultra-satisfying.

INGREDIENTS

2 Fresco Piada USA Piadina

8–10 slices of Spianata Piccante

1 ball of fresh mozzarella or fior di latte, torn

2 slices provolone or scamorza (optional but highly recommended)

2 tbsp cream cheese or stracchino

Olive oil for toasting

DIRECTIONS

STEP 1: HEAT YOUR PIADINA
Get a non-stick skillet or griddle nice and hot (medium-high works great).

STEP 2: LAYER IT UP
Spread cream cheese over half the piadina. Add a layer of Spianata, then mozzarella, and provolone for extra melt.

STEP 3: FOLD & TOAST
Fold it in half and cook each side for 2–3 minutes. You want crispy edges, golden spots, and gooey cheese inside.

STEP 4: SLICE & SERVE
Cut it in half, serve warm, and watch the cheese pull. Heaven.
