INGREDIENTS

2 Fresco Piada Piadina Oil

7 oz spreadable cheese (cream cheese, stracchino, or your favorite soft cheese)

5 oz cooked ham, thinly sliced

Optional fillings: mayo + tuna, arugula, grilled veggies, deli meats, sliced cheese

DIRECTIONS

STEP 1: HEAT YOUR PIADINA

Heat each in a dry nonstick skillet for 10–15 seconds per side, just to soften them

STEP 2:  SPREAD THE CHEESE

Place the warm piadina on a board and spread half the cheese evenly

STEP 3:  ADD THE FILLING

Top with ham slices (or your choice of filling)

STEP 4: ROLL IT UP

Roll tightly into a log, wrap in plastic, and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up

STEP 5: SLICE & SERVE
Unwrap and cut into ½-inch slices with a sharp knife. Arrange and serve!
