Instagram Release

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, each entrant completely releases Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. from any and all liability related to the Contest. Any questions or comments must be directed to Sponsor, not to Instagram.

Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi) at the time of entry. Residents of Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories are not eligible. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor and of its parent and affiliated companies and agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings and their spouses) and household members, are not eligible. Entrants must have a valid Instagram account in compliance with Instagram's Terms of Use, set to public and following @frescopiada.usa from entry until the winner is announced.

Contest Period

The Contest begins when Sponsor publishes the official Contest post on @frescopiada.usa on October 27, 2026 at 1:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on November 2, 2026 (the "Contest Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeper.

How to Enter

During the Contest Period:

1. Carve or cut a piadina — or any other flatbread — into a jack-o'-lantern or another Halloween design, with or without fillings.
2. Take a photo of it.
3. Follow @frescopiada.usa on Instagram and post the photo as a comment on Sponsor's official Contest post. In that same comment, tag three (3) different friends (the "Entry").

Only Entries posted as photo comments on the official Contest post are eligible. Feed posts, Stories, direct messages and emails will not be accepted. Photo comments posted on the sponsored (paid) version of the official Contest post are also eligible. Instagram is rolling out photo comments gradually, so the feature may not be available on every account or device; Sponsor does not control its availability.

Tagging rules: the three (3) tagged friends must be real people the entrant personally knows. Do not tag celebrities, public figures, influencers, brands or business accounts, and do not tag the same account twice. Tagged friends do not need to take any action. Following @frescopiada.usa and tagging are entry requirements only and have no effect on judging.

Any flatbread may be used; using a Fresco Piada product does not earn extra points.

Limit: one (1) Entry per person and per Instagram account. If a person submits more than one Entry, only the first eligible Entry will be judged. Entries edited or deleted after the Contest Period ends may be disqualified.

Entry Requirements and AI Ban

Each photo must: (a) be original and taken by the entrant; (b) show a flatbread carved or cut by the entrant; (c) not show any person under 18, and show any other identifiable person only with that person's permission; (d) not include third-party trademarks, logos, copyrighted characters or artwork (Sponsor's own branding is allowed); and (e) not be obscene, violent, offensive, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate, as determined by Sponsor.

The use of artificial intelligence is prohibited. Photos may not be created, generated, altered or enhanced, in whole or in part, with AI tools (including AI image generators, generative fill and AI retouching). A smartphone camera's standard built-in processing and basic non-AI edits (cropping, brightness, contrast) are allowed. Sponsor will screen all Entries with image-verification software and may ask any entrant, including the potential winner, to send the original, unedited photo file and/or an additional photo of the carved flatbread within forty-eight (48) hours. Entries flagged as AI-generated or altered, or entrants who do not provide the requested files in time, may be disqualified at Sponsor's sole discretion.

Entrants are responsible for handling knives and food safely; Sponsor is not responsible for any injury resulting from participation.

Judging

A panel of at least three (3) Sponsor representatives will judge all eligible entries by November 6, 2026 using these criteria:

• 40%Creativity and originality
• 35%Carving craftsmanship and detail
• 25%Halloween spirit and photo presentation

Likes, comments, follower counts and tags are not considered. In case of a tie, the entry with the higher Creativity score wins. The judges' decisions are final. The prize will be awarded only if at least one eligible entry is received.

Prize

Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified on or about November 6, 2026 by direct message from @frescopiada.usa. The potential winner must reply within seventy-two (72) hours with a full name and U.S. shipping address, may be asked to confirm eligibility, and must pass the verification described in Section 6. If the potential winner does not reply in time, is ineligible or does not comply with these Rules, the prize will be offered to the next-highest-scoring eligible Entry.

Sponsor will never ask for payment, passwords or card or bank details. Messages from any account other than @frescopiada.usa are not from Sponsor.

The winner will be announced on @frescopiada.usa by November 9, 2026.

License to Entries

Entrants keep ownership of their photos. By entering, each entrant grants Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce and display the entry photo, with the entrant's Instagram handle or first name and state, on Sponsor's social media, website and email communications for two (2) years after the Contest Period ends, without further compensation. Sponsor will credit the entrant where feasible. Each entrant confirms that he or she owns all rights to the photo and that its use will not infringe the rights of any third party.

Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, the winner consents to Sponsor's use of his or her Instagram handle or first name, state and winning photo to announce the Contest results, without further compensation.

General Conditions

Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the Contest, uses fake or multiple accounts or automated means, or violates these Rules. If the Contest cannot run as planned because of fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend it and judge eligible entries received before that action. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries or for Instagram or email service interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Sponsor and its parent, affiliates, officers, employees and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Contest or from receipt or use of the prize.

Privacy

Personal information collected in this Contest is used only to administer the Contest and deliver the prize, in line with Sponsor's Privacy Policy at https://www.frescopiadausa.com/policies/privacy-policy. Entry photos may be processed by third-party image-verification software solely to detect AI generation or alteration. Entering does not subscribe you to Sponsor's newsletter.

Governing Law

These Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be resolved in the state courts located in Suffolk County, New York, or the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.

To receive the winner's Instagram handle or first name and state, email info@frescopiadausa.com with the subject "Piadina-O'-Lantern Winner" by December 31, 2026.
