For more than 30 years, the Cherchi family has specialized in crafting Pergamena di Pane, an exceptionally thin and crisp Sardinian bread that reflects the flavors and craftsmanship of its homeland.

Made from just four simple ingredients — re-milled durum wheat semolina, water, yeast and salt — each sheet is baked until golden, light and delicately crisp. The result is a versatile specialty that can be enjoyed on its own or paired with cheeses, cured meats, spreads and countless other foods.
